About me
About Amir
Mindfulness is a mind full of here and now; being intimately in tune with what is going on inside and outside our bodies, in relation to ourselves, others and the world. A practice to begin with, a way of being, and love itself as we embody it more and more. At the root of it, mindfulness is a way out of suffering.
