Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR)
MBSR or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, is a structured and evidence-based program that combines mindfulness meditation and yoga practices to help individuals manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve overall well-being, and develop greater awareness of their thoughts and emotions.
MBSR is used to address a wide range of issues, including stress-related conditions, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and various other physical and psychological challenges.
MBSR Teacher Supervision
MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher supervision is a process that offers support, guidance, and oversight to individuals who have completed MBSR teacher training and are now teaching MBSR programs themselves. The purpose of supervision is to ensure that MBSR instructors are delivering the program effectively, ethically, and in alignment with the principles and techniques of MBSR as developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn.
The frequency and format of supervision sessions can vary based on the needs of the teacher. It's recommended for MBSR teachers to engage in ongoing supervision to continually enhance their teaching skills and maintain the quality of their MBSR programs.
Mindfulness Coach Training Program
MCTP is a year-long online program designed to train teachers in mindfulness.The content of MCTP may vary depending on the specific goals and needs of the participants, but here are some common elements you might find in such a program:

Power of Presence in Therapy and Care
Power of Presence in Therapy and Care is specifically designed for mental health professionals, coaches, nurses, and those in care and therapy services to develop inner presence and compassion as to deepen and broaden the therapeutic and care encounter.
The program will inform and enhance your practice in all four key areas of therapeutic presence:
- Being grounded in a healthy sense of self
- Being immersed in what is poignant in the moment
- Expanding awareness
- Being with and for clients in the service of healing
- The program consists of 60 hrs of training , online and/or residential, in three modules. Modules will be offered apart from each other to provide space for practice.

Silent Meditation Retreats
A retreat allows us to step out of the complexity of our life, to listen deeply to our body, heart and mind. The daily rhythm of a retreat usually involves alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, eating and work meditations, and rest periods. As a participant you will receive:
